What you need to know about changes in response to COVID-19
New Schedule: Classes will run at 7:00am, 8:30am, 12:00pm, 5:00pm and 6:30pm.
Classes will be limited to 12 athletes per class and will require you to pre-book your spot online through Wellness Living or the Wellness Living Client App.
You will choose your workout station when booking through Wellness Living.
No-shows will result in a nominal penalty. So, please cancel your class or let us know you cannot come, or if someone else wants your spot.
You will need a yoga mat or large towel for floor based movements.
Wearing a mask will be required in the building at all times. If you have any health conditions prohibiting this please let your coach know.
We have been working through the logistics for weeks (and going as deep as researching peer reviewed papers on aerodynamic modeling of saliva molecules while running) and we are confident that we are providing an increased level of safeguards at the gym, with the primary objective being your safety (everything else comes second).
