As an athlete, Crossfit is the biggest advantage that I have over other athletes. Up to this point in my life, I have played baseball, basketball, swimming, wrestling, cross country, track, tennis, kickboxing, mma, surfing, snowboarding, wake boarding, and soccer up to the colligate level. Once I discovered Crossfit, I instantly saw improvements in athletic performance in my other sports.
