Having been in the fitness industry for close to 10 years now I have seen many trends in fitness come and go. The methods being used in Crossfit training and in RKC style kettlebell training represent a paradigm shift that is the future of the health and fitness industry. Real fitness for real people. Results previously unimagined in half the time. But coaching is an essential ingredient for success. It has been my pleasure to have taken a huge range of ages and skill levels through movement and training progressions that have yielded incredible results. Whatever your background there is always something for us to learn together. When one teaches, two learn!
