I believe exercise is the closest thing to a magic pill. Those who have chosen to adopt an effective exercise program have noted dramatic changes in strength, endurance, health, body awareness, self esteem, and overall quality of life. My role in our fitness collaboration is to guide, motivate, and educate you towards a positive results based program.
I am a minimalist when it comes to exercise and I truly believe that you can achieve your fitness goals without spending an excessive amount of time in the gym.
I graduated from San Francisco State University in '98 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (emphasis in exercise science/fitness) and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology in '97.
