These were the words written over the WOD on Sunday morning. I guess that this workout is supposed to show who is a sissy and who isn't. As far as I was concerned it should have been called "Intelligence Test" because I walked over, looked at it, said "I'm not doing that" and did dead lifts and pullups while everyone one else was dying to "Party Like a Rock Star" and the classic "Tootsie Roll." I did do a nice version of the electric slide while Abel crawled through the last 8 million burpees.

Alternate rounds so do 20 kb swings, 1 burpee, 19 kb swings, 2 burpees, etc. Yes folks it's 210 of each.

Lauren Catherine Lima. She was born Thanksgiving night at 9:23. She was 7 lb 14 oz and 20 inches. Congratulations Jeromy. Please don't be like Brian and disappear now that the baby is here.
Grant brought his dad, Tom by to join us for a WOD on Saturday morning. Now Grant's side of the story was that he was going to back off his workout a little so he wouldn''t show up his old man. From where I was sitting, Tom was off in the corner after doing the WOD doing extra flutter kicks and ab exercises waiting for Grant to actually finish the workout. That was very kind of Grant to make himself look so bad out of respect for his dad...wasn''t it? Great job Tom. Come back and see us any time.

I did this workout this Sunday morning instead of the actual one that Linda had posted. I don't know how many rounds I did or how long it took. I just kinda went until I...stopped. In all fairness I did do 6 whole pounds more than 3/4's of my body weight when what I really wanted to do was 3/4's of Linda's body weight.
We will be able to offer our 5am Classes Monday thru Friday again in December.

OLYMPIC LIFTING CLASSES FALL 2008
We are continuing to offer the Olympic weightlifting classes with our instructor, Valentino Garcia.
Valentino is a USAW Level 1 Olympic Weightlifting Coach. The classes are on Tuesdays and then either Thursday or Friday at 7pm!!
Please check the WOD board for whether the class is Thursday or Friday that week.
