5AM CLASSES

We will be able to offer our 5am Classes Monday thru Friday again in December. Please check back here and on the schedule frequently for updates.

OLYMPIC LIFTING CLASSES
FALL 2008

We are continuing to offer the Olympic weightlifting classes with our instructor, Valentino Garcia. Valentino is a USAW Level 1 Olympic Weightlifting Coach. The classes are on Tuesdays and then either Thursday or Friday at 7pm!! Please check the WOD board for whether the class is Thursday or Friday that week.
